This warranty does not in any way prejudice the rights expressly provided for in favor of the consumer by the legislation on the sale of consumer goods. The consumer may therefore always assert such rights against the seller, under the conditions and terms provided for by the aforementioned legislation and this warranty.


WARRANTY DURATION AND TERMS
With this warranty, BiliardItaly undertakes to repair or, if it deems it necessary, replace the components of its products that show defects attributable to manufacturing defects and/or conformity of the goods that appear within 2 years from the date of delivery. The delivery date must be proven by a delivery document issued by the seller or by another document (e.g. receipt) that shows the name of the seller, the date of delivery of the equipment, the identification details of the same (type, model).

Any repair or replacement of components or the equipment itself does not extend the duration of this warranty, which will continue, in any case, until the expiry of the original 4 years. In any case, to assert the warranty, the interested party must report the lack of conformity to the seller in writing within two months of the date of discovery, under penalty of forfeiture. After the 2-year period of duration of this Conventional Manufacturer's Warranty, any repair and/or replacement of components will be charged to the Consumer according to the rates in force at the network of Technical Assistance Centers Authorized by the Manufacturer.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
This warranty will not be valid:

• If the defect is not attributable to manufacturing defects and/or defects in conformity of the goods;

• If the defect is not reported within 2 months of the date on which it was discovered;

• If the receipt/fiscal receipt or other document showing the date of purchase and the name of the seller is not presented;

• If the non-conformity arises from one of the following causes: damage during transport (if it was not carried out by BiliardItaly technicians), improper use,

  negligent or in any case not compliant with that indicated in the instruction booklet; for imperfect installation (if it has not been carried out by BiliardItaly technicians; for maintenance or repair activities carried out by personnel not authorised by BiliardItaly; for the use of non-original spare parts;

• For all periodic maintenance interventions and for the repair or replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear such as, for example, cloth, accessories or color variations due to excessive exposure to light and humidity.

• For all damages resulting from fortuitous and unforeseeable events, such as, for example, lightning, floods, fires, incorrect ventilation or other causes not attributable to BiliardItaly.
